Run a code repository from GitHub

Hi. I found a GitHub repository regarding graph partitioning. I'm looking for help on how to run the GitHub repository and also how to give input and read output from the program.

I'm attaching an input file that contains the edge list and weight of the edges of a graph. I wish to run the above code for this input and obtain the partition as output.
