Run code in Python using Pytorch

Hi, I need to do classification tasks using images in Python using Pytorch in Google Collaboration.

I need to do the main tasks:
- First, running the first code in Google Collaboration.
- Second, write the description comment for any function and determine the steps of running the model in code.
- Third, determine where the extraction features model is in the code and where the classification model is in the code.
- Finally, the requirement file is the code file.

I give the dataset using a small code that downloads automatically
