Run SpamBayes from Source Under Windows 10 and Outlook 2010 - $100 Budget

I need a developer who is familiar with legacy Python 2.x code to troubleshoot how to install the SpamBayes Outlook spam filter from source. The environment must be Windows 10 and Outlook 2010. I've tried to run it from source myself, but I can't figure it out. I am attaching the SpamBayes binary install file for reference on how it should look like when installed, you can find it under the Add-ins tab in Outlook. They used Python 2.5x to build the binary installer, and below are more requirements for you:

- Must be able to work with legacy Python 2.x code
- Must have the ability to debug code
- Must be able to troubleshoot com add-ins not loading in Outlook

In the source code Outlook2000 folder, please refer to README.txt for instructions on how to install SpamBayes from source into Outlook 2010. Below are the links to get you started:
