Run a Python file on my Server via php code and view results in browser. Code is written just won't work.

I am trying to run some Python files on my server via PHP code. It requires non-standard Libraries such as plotly, pandas and numpy. I have no idea how to pip install these on my shared server. I have two servers because I thought my first server was not capable. They are Hostgator and A2Hosting. Both are basic shared hosting.

I basically would like you to show me how to run a python file (with non standard libraries such as Pandas) from a php file and have the results printed/returned on screen within the website/php page.

I have the php code and the python files I am trying to run. Both python files work on my PC, but only one works on the server as it it just a "Hello World!" script (hello.py). The second python file (finance.py) runs up until it requests the libraries then stops. Below are the two urls for the two servers. Exact same setup.

I would also like you to teach me how to add more Packages in the future if needed for other code.
