There are different categories of food products. This project identifies the image and then classifies it into a particular category.
In the current CNN model, the products with white or plain packaging are misclassified as flour. This must be rectified.
Optimize CNN:
1. balancing, feature selection
2. Optimize the existing CNN model to increase the prediction rate
Run these models:
3. Detectron2 model
4. Optical character recognition model
