Robot for quick appointment booking from a calendar under Website visitor pressure -- 2

I need a robot ( Python or ... ) to handle some my problem with book and appointment in a website.
1. What is that website :
A website for book an appointment and biggest problem is The number of applicants is much more than the appointments available on the website. For this reason, since the opening of appointments on the website. It only takes two minutes to book all the times for another week.
Whats my problem:

But when the website is busy, this graphic wheel continues to rotate and is not removed, so that we can go to the time selection stage and we are forced to refresh the entire page, which is equal to more time and filling up the appointment. - The website uses Cloudflare and if you refresh the page 5 times in 3 mins , your ip will be ban for 2 hours
- the website sense on IP and i want an option for put proxy list for multi account and proxies using one by one for each account and each proxy address to prevent ban
What I want :
I need software to enter my account details. And after logging in (manually), the software waits for my refresh at the exact time of opening the appointments of the website.
1. After opening the appointment date in the calendar. The software must first identify and select the date of free days in the calendar. (It is also possible to provide the date manually).
2. If the graphic carousel appears inside the website, delete it. Removing it should not prevent the loading of subsequent steps on the page. It should remove the only graphic wheel. (The graphic wheel is a Java query) (I guess)
3. After that, you should click on the option that displays the free hours on the desired day and select the free hour automatically.
4. At the end, enter the captcha and click on the confirmation option to register the appointment. . (If captcha solver is not suggested, it is possible to enter it manually too.)
