Robot control using esp32 cam

Our project is automatic fire fighting robot. We have a esp code to send video from camera to python script to do image processing and detect fire.
What we need is to write code to control the robot movement according to our parameter.
2- we have a pump and it's cannon on DC motor. We want to use PID to optimize the way for handling the fire .
