Road speed limits in Colab for LatLong data

For school i have to make a project. I imported my data in colab, but cant find a way have can I add road speeds from Google Maps or OpenStreetMap to my data. Data consist with id, data and time, coordinates lon, lat and the accident amount. Really need help, as soon as possible! Attach Data.
