Rewritting a Powershell Tool in Python

Project Description:
Hi, I am looking for an experienced Python developer who can assist me in rewriting a Powershell tool into Python. The Tool is an Assitant App for a Simulation Game called Train Driver 2 ,. It creates Announcements via Azure Voice. The Main reason why i want it to be in python is that you cant really Deploy Powershell packed in a Exe as the most Virus Scanners create a false positive from that. That should be better in Python and i already know Basics in Python.
One Thing to enhance on this project is, that the global hotkeys should work when the app is in the background. the program itself is open source. you can find it here: https://github.com/bravuralion/TD2-On-board-Passenger-Information-System
I am looking to complete this project within a month.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with Powershell and understanding of its functionalities
