Rewrite Pine to Python

I am in need of a experienced programmer to rewrite a current program written in Pine to Python. All the functionality from the existing Pine code needs to be expressed in Python. I am open to the programmer to choose the necessary libraries or tools necessary to complete the job. However, I want to ensure that the complex parts of the program are commented for better understanding. I need someone who can help me with this project in a timely fashion without compromising quality. It is around 120 lines of code.
