We have a working model and we need to repurpose it for a different use.
The work would consist of reworking a preexisting model and training it on text data using kmer embedding and getting it to predict . The data for the training will be provided.
We would need the code to work correctly, we have a model already but are facing problems reworking for this purpose. The code will be shared and any other resources or information to make it easy.
