Reverse Engineer JAVA JAR to Python

I need a professional who can reverse engineer a JAVA JAR-file and convert specific features into a Python library. This JAR-file is known as Axema VAKA.

Key Features to Implement:
- Exporting the event list
- Remote unlocking/opening of doors
- The interface to edit cards

Please note that I do not have access to the source code of the JAVA JAR-file, nor do I have any documentation or API credentials that can be used outside the local network for it. Therefore, I am seeking an expert who is able to work independently and has extensive experience with reverse engineering and Python programming.
