Retrain existing model Rainet model on a remote server.

I have a project a project on Rainet model deployment to be deployed on centos 7 server.
I had already installed python 3.9 on the centos server and jupyter notebook working well.
This model actually exist on github. However, I want to retrain the model to evaluate the results.
I can use "satellite images" as dataset to train the model or use the dataset provided by the authors to train
(I had dataset download 40gb) and code are already on jupyter notebook.
I need depencies and libraries to be fix on python.
On acceptance I will provide more details on access to server
