AI Resume Parser & Job Matcher

I need an advanced resume parser and an intelligent job-matching tool for an AI-driven career platform.

Resume Parser Requirements:
- Extract contact information
- Identify job skills and experience
- Parse educational background and languages
- Support PDF, Word, and plain text formats

Job Matcher Requirements:
- Provide visa sponsorship information for each job,
- extract visa job information and show the results based on their visa type.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with AI and machine learning
- Proficiency in document parsing
- Background in job matching algorithms
- Knowledge of visa processes and requirements
