Rest API module needed + GUi

I need a programmer for a module built in python and Django with pgSQL as the DB. You will actually incorporate another proveer API into your module and receive API calls for processing.
This project requieres that you read documentation of proveer API and it is possible we may need to meet with proveer support staff. Please only bid if you speak and read English well.
In addition to the module, you also need to build a GUI that interfaces with your module. We have a template set up so all the basic gui logic is already done.
