Rest API and deploy a python Machine learning app on AWS

We have an existing jupyer application we want you to create a rest api and deploy the jupyer applications and MySQL on AWS. It needs to work well with recent versions of python (3.7+),
and I need a basic front end installed for the database to view the tables.
python and so we want a different setup that will allow us to easily host our python programs and database on the same server.
also setup the mysql database on the server interface for managing our database tables, but do not need to stick with that.
The job is to set up the the appliction on the aws server.
