Resolve heroku deployment

Need to resolve bug on heroku app deployment using python. Procfile, requirements.txt file done, but probably what's missing is the dyno which I wasnt able to activate "H14". If you are familiar, this shd not take long, but I need you to guide me sharing screen to resolve this.
