Required Expert in WebSocket Programming - Urgent

I need to fix an issue in existing application which is build in Python Django framework. The application uses web socket connect to get real time data from server. The issue is related to increasing count of thread due to which application stops responding after certain period. I hope this must be a easy fix for someone who already worked on socket programming.
Please don't bid on this project if you haven't work on WebSocket.
Milestone will be created once award the project and release after work done and accepted .
