Reprogramming an article on artificial intelligence (deep learning) in Python

I need reprogramming for an article on deep learning and modifying fuzzy logic : involves the process of modifying the polling layer into a fuzzy layer as described in the article: "Fuzzy based Pooling in Convolutional Neural Network for Image Classification".
The programming process must be done in Python
