Reporting Engine consulting

I am looking for an expert on data reporting. I would be able to provide sample data which will be spread over a few tables. These data have to be analyzed and reported in a dashboard via a reporting engine. The original data will be in PostgreSQL; the reporting engine should have a dashboard creation facility and be able to host the data that we will be extracting from PostgreSQL at the end of the day every day. The critical part of the project is the right selection of reporting engine tools. Ideally, this reporting engine should be open source; however, it is not necessary, but it should have a report creation wizard/dashboard creation wizard and should be able to create alerts via browser or other modes. In addition, the reporting engine should have a sentimental analysis module plugin. We would like to give the list of company names that the reporting engine should scrap to give a sentimental score and alert. This is an add-on. Bottom line: I am looking for a data analysis expert who can point me towards the right tool, and the actual work might be very little and consulting nature only.
