Reporting Dashboard for Legacy Application

We have a legacy application that is not a web or mobile app. We want to build a dashboard (featuring modern charts/graphs etc) using data currently stored in MS Access, and incorporate the Dashboard as a page/screen on our App. Embedded as HTML page is ideal. Our users download the app file and setup on their individual workstation , there is no need for internet connection. MS Access reporting tools would work but the chart/graph options are out dated and do not have a modern look-and-feel. We have a mockup to demonstrate our ideal solution.
