Report Designer in Odoo v16& Odoo v17 community version

I am seeking a skilled developer to create a report design module for use with Odoo v16 and Odoo v17 in the community version. This task will need someone with the following skills and experience:
- Comprehensive understanding of Odoo v16 and v17
- Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and the ability to perform table joins with multiple models
- Ability to implement real-time data representation
The resultant design module should include:
- A drag-and-drop interface for ease of use
- Capability to generate real-time data representations
Ultimately, this module will be used for "Report Designer". Therefore, a background in financial, sales and inventory reports creation could be beneficial, or any other industry-standard report creation.
