Rental Property Management Web Application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a developer to create a rental property management web application with the following features:
- Property/Units/Tenant/Workers/Contractors/Handymen tracking
- Payment Late/Debt Tracking: Receipt building
- Maintenance Request Management
- Documentation Server - Leases, Notices, Emails
- Incident/Event History tracking
I do not have existing software that needs to be integrated with the application. My ideal timeline for completion is 1-3 months.
Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database management
- Understanding of property management processes and software
- Strong communication skills to ensure timely updates and progress reports.
Must be django/python back-end and react front-end, on windows build environment.
