Rename 22K images using automation

I have around 22000 images. I want to rename them. I have excel file with 2 columns. First columns is current name of images, and second column is the name I want to replace.
No manually. Only need it done by automation, No matter what language you use for automation. I am interested in output only. Would be great if can provide script at the end.
