Related Python and Data Science

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with related Python and Data Science tasks. Specifically, I need assistance with machine learning algorithms. The level of complexity for this project is beginner, so I am looking for someone with experience in this area. It would be ideal if the freelancer has experience with TensorFlow, as this is my preferred tool for this project.
