I am looking for a developer to create a new algorithm that uses a recurrent neural network-sea lion optimization technique to tune a PI controller in Python. The primary goal of this project is to develop a new algorithm that can optimize controller performance. While I do not have a specific application in mind for the tuned PI controller, I am interested in exploring its potential use in industrial processes or robotics. The preferred format for the final output of the project is a Python script.
