Recover some Python / Docker files deteled wrongly

My new backend intern ( totally amateur ) deleted wrongly some files needed to run my Django / Docker project and without making sure to have the snapshots / backups in case of something get wrong .
I want a Django / Python expert that can ( based on the first config ) :

- Either recover these files ;
- Or make a new config .
