Recommendation System development using Reinforcement learning

We are looking for experts for medium term project (6 months - Online chat and survey app and recommendation system) which requires well expertise in Python language. This project focuses OTT platform to improve the user experience by suggesting the users decent recommendations. Although previous experience of developing similar system is not mandatory but experience with reinforcement learning is mandator for the project.
