Realtime twitter feed forward telegram bot (translating with free api like google)

I need a freelancer who can create a realtime Twitter feed forward Telegram bot. The bot should be able to translate tweets from English, Spanish, and French into Korean using a free API like Google Translate.
Skills and experience needed:
- Experience in developing Telegram bots
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of API integration, specifically with Twitter and Telegram
- Familiarity with translation APIs, preferably with Google Translate
The translated tweets should be forwarded to my Telegram account every hour. The bot should not include the original tweet in the source language.
