Realtime Sign Language Detection with Text and Audio Output

I am looking for Python software that can detect Indian Sign Language in real-time. The software should have a user-friendly graphical interface (GUI) and provide both text and audio output instantly. It should also include a feature to scroll through previous text entries, allowing users to review and catch up on any missed information conveniently. Additionally, I would like to have multi-language support (Hindi, English, Marathi).
I also require step-by-step guidance for the project, preferably in PDF or Word format.
