Real-time data on django-frontend and stored data on postgresql database

Data should be scarped from nse option chain(use nsepython python library ). Show this data on the frontend in every 3-minute interval and also store this data on the PostgreSQL database.Also show this to user as history data with time and date filter(date should be up to 1month,then data automatically deleted).
Finally to deploy on digital ocean droplet(host this single page websites).
