Real-time Stock Analyzer -- 2

Goal is to create a system (simple UI is sufficient) that can do real-time analysis on data collected for a given list of individual stocks every 5 minutes during market hours. Some of the base code is already written and can be reused. There is no machine learning involved. I will send the list of detailed requirements and specifications to those who are interested. My budget is $250.
