Description: We are looking for a developer who can create a real-time application that monitors file download events and network activities (specifically TCP/IP receive events) on Windows 8, 10, and 11, using Event Tracing for Windows (ETW). The application should be able to track file downloads from popular web browsers and log network events.
Requirements:
Ability to detect file download events from browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.
Monitor network receive (TCP/IP) events.
Log all detected events into a specified log file.
The program must run with administrator privileges.
Compatibility with Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
Proficiency in either C++ or Python.
Familiarity with TDH API and managing Event Trace sessions is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the Windows API.
