Real Time application for Gender and age Detection in Python

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a real-time application that can detect both gender and age for me in Python. This application needs to run on a local machine environment, and I would like it to be implemented using the OpenCV library. I envision the output to be real-time detections of both age and gender. This project requires a Python programmer who is familiar with OpenCV. I need it for an urgent school project and expect some explanation of the steps involved along with the code. If this project is successfully completed, I look forward to exploring further collaborations. Please, don't use outside inputs/models for this project.
