Real-Time Stock Order Automation

I need a script, in Python or else , that will read a CSV file with the following columns: ticker, entry price, exit price, stop loss, and quantity.

The script should:
- Monitor the specified tickers in real-time using the Interactive Brokers API.
- Once the live price hits the entry price, automatically send a limit order to buy the stock. + Take profit + Stoploss (I.e bracket order )

Ideal skills and experience:
- in Python or similar languages
- Experience with Interactive Brokers API
