I'm looking for an experienced Python programmer to develop a real-time human movement detection and speed calculation system using my DVS346 camera. This system should also include custom data models.

Key Requirements:
- Real-Time Human Movement Detection: The system should be able to detect human movement in real-time. This is crucial for the intended application in healthcare monitoring.
- Movement Speed Calculation: In addition to detecting movement, the system should also calculate the speed of the detected movements. This data will be used for further analysis.
