I am seeking a skilled developer proficient in React and Python to create a comprehensive property listing website. High-level functionality should include, but not be limited to:
- Search Functionality: Allows users to filter and shortlist properties based on a variety of criteria.
- User Registration & Login: Enable users to create an account, login, save/search properties, and receive notifications.
- Property Listing & Details Display: High-quality display of property listings, inclusive of detailed information, pictures, and accurate geographical location.
Although I am not entirely sure about third-party API integration at this stage, applicants should be prepared for the possibility of this requirement, and possess the necessary skill-set.
In terms of design and layout, I am looking for something that closely resembles the Makaan.com property listing website. The chosen developer should, therefore, be familiar with this platform, or be willing to study its design and layout in detail.
Experience in developing similar websites or platforms in the real estate sector would be a significant advantage.
