Predictive Analytics:
- Predict housing prices and estimate current home values using machine learning algorithms—tailored for homeowners considering selling.
Buyer Lead Capture:
- Capture and identify active buyer leads—nurturing them with automated follow-up messages across specific days/timelines.
Integration Requirements:
- Integrate with my existing CRM (Century 21) and APIs from Zillow, Redfin, and MLS data.
