Read the PDF file and provide the order data for the ODOO inventory management system

We receive the enclosed file from our customer EDEKA as an order. This data must be read out and transferred directly to our inventory management system ODOO. Only one item can be ordered, but several items can also be ordered. The delivery address must be matched using the GLN number. The orders are sent as an email to a separate email address. The PDF document is attached as an attachment. Several different documents arrive every day. These must be processed immediately. This means that the PDF file must be read out and the order must be available in Odoo immediately. The programmer should have extensive knowledge of Odoo programming.
