Raspberry pi camera module V3 application

Hi,
I need a specialist to help me modify picamera2 lib to our needs. We have a setup with a Raspberry pi 4 and the new model 3 camera module. The application is a Flask application that calls picamera2 lib to create a camera preview and capture an image. The image is then saved to desk and showed in the Flask app webpage.
We have a working Flask app that makes the preview and capture image. But we need someone to help make the preview fullscreen (kiosk mode) and in the correct resolution and size. The preview is in QTGL.
Also there should be a simple overlay countdown from 3 seconds in the preview.
We need it developed asap.
