Raspberry Pi Monitoring System Development

I'm seeking a skilled to help me develop an innovative monitoring system using my Raspberry Pi 4, model B. The minor project aims to keep an eye on the elderly and children under 3 years, featuring a face recognition system for tracking and detecting unusual occurrences such as falls, vomiting, or heart strokes.
Key requirements:
- Utilize the Raspberry Pi and RPI camera I have, with the possibility of suggesting additional components if necessary.
- Develop the system using an appropriate programming language, with a preference for OpenCV.
- Implement email alerts for notifications to the caretaker.
- Ensure the system is efficient and user-friendly.
I currently don't have a monitor, so I'm using my Windows laptop as a substitute. An understanding of Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, or other Linux distributions will be beneficial. I am flexible with the programming language, but any experience with Python, JavaScript, or C++ will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in face recognition technology and monitoring systems, with the ability to deliver a high-quality, reliable project.
