I need Raspberry pi programmer for develop python code for the following functionality: whenever a motion is detected, and light
levels are low the system should turn on both lights in the room and display a welcome message on the LCD screen. The lights
should start gradually dimming after detecting a period of inactivity (e.g. 1 minute), however if any activity is detected, the
brightness should immediately return to the maximum level. In addition, the resident should be able to manually control the
light using a push button. The application will need to be implemented on Raspberry Pi emulator and you need to provide a
code and implementation video.
