I'm in need of an expert who can assist me in writing Python code and simulating circuits on Raspberry Pi 3 with Proteus 8. This is specifically to execute stepper motor functionalities. Being able to debug the code would also be an added benefit.

I use 2 rc car one should connect with each other send .First rc car should send (x,y) coordinates and its speed to second rc car and act upon the information.
