Raspberry Pi Code Enhancement & Documentation

I'm seeking an expert in Raspberry Pi and Python to improve my current code. The project involves adding a couple of features and documenting the code comprehensively.
Key Tasks:
- Add functionality for user authentication via RFID tags using an RC522 module. This should redirect users to a text-based disclaimer page.
- Implement a system to display disclaimer pages.
- After disclaimer is accepted, redirect to main gui that i already have
- Annotate the code thoroughly to explain the function of each segment, making it easier for me to adjust parameters in the future.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with Raspberry Pi and Python coding.
- Familiarity with the RC522 RFID module.
- Strong skills in code documentation and explanation.
