Raspberry pi 4 B Cam

Good morning I need this system:
- I have a raspberry pi 4B, I would like to create a GUI that allows me to record videos and take pictures through 2 foot buttons.
Basically, opening the script, it should open this window on the monitor where it shows me what I'm watching in real time through the pi camera, after that I would have a foot button to shoot and one to record, stop and resume recording.
While I'm recording I still need to be able to take pictures.
This material will then be saved in a folder of mine with the name that I will be asked for at the beginning of the opening of the program, renaming the files with the date and time and the minutes and seconds that the material was taken or recorded.
Is this possible?
