I need assistance setting up Raspberry Pi with a CAN HAT.
Key Tasks:
1. Help with the hardware setup, specifically connecting the CAN HAT to the Raspberry Pi.
2. Write a Python CAN capture script for a PGN we have already decoded.
3. Assemble the captured data into a stanza to be sent to our server.
