Rapid infectious diease detection

My project requires a rapid infectious disease detection system suitable for healthcare facilities. Specifically, I am looking for the detection and analysis of COVID-19 and influenza A and B. The system should provide test results in only 60 seconds. The lab version works. We are looking for an experienced Python programmer with embedded system experience. This is a contract project. The system uses a Raspberry PI 4B. Need to live in the Houston Texas area. The job requires some work at the Texas Medical Center.
