Rapid CKAN/Python Dataset Parsing

I require immediate assistance for extracting data from the English Prescribing dataset for specific medications between January 2015 and February 2020 on a monthly basis. The English prescribing dataset is accessible here:

I would expect a CSV file for each month, with the following variables for each PRACTICE_CODE: ITEMS, QUANTITY, TOTAL QUANTITY, ADQUSAGE, NIC, ACTUAL_COST
