Random Velocities

I need a code made where I can generate initial velocities. I want to sample the maxwell distribution. I want to find the Maxwell Boltzmann distribution for a given temperature, given mass and then sample that distribution randomly to get initial velocities. I want to use E=3/2KTN where I have the Energy, k is Boltzmann constant and N is number of atoms and solve T... then you have to generate initial velocities. I need a code script to do it all where I can plus in T, N and E and it spits out initial velocities.

Using a Maxwell Boltzmann I want to sample along the whole entire curve, not just the top of the peak so it can generate random initial velocities.
