Radius Basis Function Neural Network

I have designed my feed forward Neural Nets , regular one for a regression problem. I got satisfying results. Now, I want to design Radius Basis Function Neural Network . I need someone who is experienced in that to help me see the performance of RBFNN. More details will be provided later. Thank you.
